ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY – PPWR and BDO REQUIREMENTS

We fully comply with Extended Producer Responsibility obligations.  

• Compliance with Regulation (EU) 2025/40 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 December 2024 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR): All packaging materials we use to protect steel products during transport (including stretch film, bubble wrap, steel strapping, backing, wooden crates, VCI anti-corrosion paper) meet the stringent standards of the EU PPWR Regulation. They are highly recyclable.  


• Waste optimization and reduction: Precise, custom-cut steel minimizes customer-side production waste. We also optimize the amount of packaging materials to meet customer requirements, precisely matching the dimensions of the cargo.  


• BDO Register: DC STAL Sp. z o.o. is officially registered in the national Product and Packaging Database and Waste Management system, meeting the requirements of national legislation: the "Act on Packaging and Packaging Waste Management" and the "Act on Waste."
