Since the inception of DC Stal Sp. z o. o., one of our top priorities has been ensuring the high quality of our products and the continuous improvement of our processes and services. Our long-standing collaboration with clients from various industries (construction, automotive, aviation, and medical) has allowed us to gain the experience, trust, and knowledge that form the foundation of our business today.

Experience Connecting Generations

The history of DC Stal Sp. z o. o. is also a story of long-term development, built on experience, commitment, and collaboration with international partners.

Today, this history is continued by Paweł Pogorzelec, President of the Management Board of DC Stal Sp. z o. o., who has assumed responsibility for the company's further development.

In this natural and dynamic way, we have combined the experience and values developed by the previous generation with a modern approach to management, technology, and the company's continued development.

Integrated Management System

Quality and Environment is not just a declaration of DC Stal Sp. z o. o.; it is a component of the company's daily management. Our Integrated Management System has been certified by the Polish Register of Shipping (PRS) for many years. We have been certified for compliance with PN-EN ISO 9001 and PN-EN ISO 14001 since October 30, 2001, and since March 2, 2016, the system also includes the requirements of PN-EN ISO 13485. Our long-standing participation in the certified management system confirms our consistent approach to quality, environmental protection, and compliance with legal and other requirements relevant to our business activities. However, certification is not an end in itself for us – we view it as a tool for systematically improving internal processes and the system.

Our Integrated Management System encompasses the areas of quality, environmental protection, and the Quality Management System - Medical Devices, which forms the foundation of our approach to work organization and continuous improvement.

We establish and achieve goals primarily related to ensuring product quality consistency and repeatability, meeting customer requirements, process improvement, and increasing the effectiveness of quality control. In the environmental area, we focus particularly on reducing negative environmental impact, ensuring the rational use of resources, and ensuring proper waste management in accordance with applicable laws.

In the area of medical devices, we pay particular attention to product compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, process oversight, identification and traceability, and the safety and quality of our medical devices.

The long-standing operation of the certified system and the positive results of ongoing improvement activities confirm that quality, environmental responsibility, and the safety of medical devices are a permanent element of how we improve DC Stal Sp.

Inspection and Testing

A key element of our management systems is a properly equipped inspection and measurement process. We utilize modern inspection and measurement equipment, mostly from the Japanese company Mitutoyo, adapted to the nature of the work performed and the requirements of standards. Our solutions enable us to perform measurements, digitally record and archive results, and, if necessary, document them in paper format. This allows us to maintain proper identification and traceability of inspection results and efficiently prepare quality documentation for our clients.

For tests requiring specialized equipment or expertise, we use only accredited laboratories. The scope of testing is tailored to the product type, technical requirements, and individual client requirements and expectations.

We combine years of experience with modern methods of managing our infrastructure. We continually improve our processes, develop our equipment, and develop our employee competencies to ensure consistent and reliable deliveries.
